Plan Direct & co ordinate operation for Viscose so as to ensure quality product and delivery within targeted cost & quality parameter.Initiate to implement the modifications to improve viscose & yarn qualityDirect & Coordinate the various activity of engine room.Initiate to implement Technological upgradation & Energy conservation.Direct the activity of pilot plant in view of long term prospective & to establish the parameters for production of quality product at the lowest cost.Quantity & quality Plan direct and monitor the quality & production of VFY & CSY at competitive cost.Ensure Product Development and Plant up gradation to ensure long term viabilityCOST-DELIVERYTo plan and ensure timely delivery of VFY & CSY.INNOVATION
Upgrading the equipment through modernization & technological inputs-WCM & ISO5.Facilitating and implementing WCM and ISO Standards-SafetySystemize safe working conditions and also the Environmental Standard & Employee DevelopmentNurturing & Develop Human resources to create a vibrant Viscose teamPilot plant Plan & conduct the experiment for developing relationship between process parameters & product properties.Qualifications
