More trouble for Padmaavat makers! Full movie leaked online – Here is how it happened

Padmaavat full movie leaked online: It sounds nearly unbelievable but it's true. Controversial film Padmaavat was leaked online after the movie was live streamed on a Facebook page. According to various media reports, a Facebook page named Jaaton Ka Adda live streamed the film through its account. The Facebook page went live from inside the theatre when the Padmaavat was being screened. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the film, which was originally titled "Padmavati", got mired in controversy as soon as the filmmaker started shooting for the project and things took an ugly turn after the first trailer of the movie was released last year. The movie was scheduled to release on December 1, but the makers had to postpone the date after the censor board returned the movie to the producers citing "technical issues" in the certification form. The set of the movie was vandalised twice -- in Jaipur and Kolhapur, while its director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was roughed up by members of the Karni Sena last year.
A Facebook page named Jaaton Ka Adda live streamed the film through its account.
Meanwhile, as protests against the screening of "Padmaavat" raged at several places, the Centre on Thursday made it clear that maintenance of law and order is the responsibility of state governments. The states, which have witnessed violence, should deploy Rapid Action Force, which is trained to handle such mob protests, a senior Home Ministry official said. Maintenance of the law and order is the responsibility of the state governments and the central government has nothing to do with it except providing central forces, the official said requesting anonymity. Armed wing of the state police should also be deployed wherever there are possibilities of mob violence or protests against the film, the official said.
The film was cleared by censor board in India earlier this year and was given 'U/A' certificate. The board also suggested five modifications including the title change from 'Padmavati' to 'Padmaavat'. The film, which hit the theaters today, is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in lead roles and is based on the saga of a historic battle of 13th century between Maharaja Ratan Singh and his army of Mewar and Sultan Alauddin Khilji of Delhi.

Bengaluru, Jan 27: England all-rounder Ben Stokes and Indian youngsters Manish Pandey and Lokesh Rahul emerged as the most valueable players at the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction here on Saturday.
The Australian trio of Glenn Maxwell, Mitchell Starc and Chris Lynn were also sold for hefty prices along with India off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.
Debut season winners Rajasthan Royals (RR) secured Stokes for an eye-popping Rs 12.5 crore (almost $2 million. Stokes was adjudged the most valuable player at last year's IPL while turning out for Rising Pune Supergiant.
Pandey and Rahul were both sold for Rs 11 crore. Pandey was at the centre of an intense bidding war between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP).
He eventually went to Hyderabad at 11 times his base price as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) decided not to exercise the right to match (RTM) option.
Rahul started at a base price of Rs 50 lakh but a bitter tussle between Punjab and Hyderabad greatly inflated his price before the former took him for a whopping Rs 11 crore.
Earlier, Maxwell started at a base price of Rs 2 crore and sparked a bidding war between Hyderabad, Punjab, Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) before the Delhi Daredevils (DD) made a late bid to snap him up for Rs 9 crore.
Starc was also at the centre of some hot competition between Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab. Kolkata eventually snapped up the Australian pace spearhead for a whopping Rs 9.4 crore.
Chris Lynn of Australia was sold to KKR for Rs 9.6 crore after they saw off challenges from Delhi and Bangalore.
Kedar Jadhav attracted the third highest price among the Indians after being sold to the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for Rs 7.8 crore. He had started at a low base price, but his value quickly escalated as CSK, SRH and RR went for him.
Punjab were among the front runners at the auction, bagging several high profile players.
They had earlier taken Ashwin for Rs 7.6 crore. The star off-spinner, who had started with a base price of Rs 2 crore, was not retained by Chennai Super Kings ahead of the auction.
Punjab beat off bidding from Chennai and Rajasthan before sealing the deal.
They also took Australian opener Aaron Finch for Rs 6.2 crore after surviving strong challenges from Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.
Punjab had also initially won the bidding war for Dwayne Bravo who had a base price of Rs 2 crore. The Mohali based franchise initially seemed to have taken the West Indies all-rounder at Rs 6.4 crore, but Chennai exercised their RTM option and snapped up the player at the same price.
The talented Karun Nair started at a low base price of Rs 50 lakh but was sold to Punjab for Rs 5.6 crore after a heated contest.
Punjab then exercised their RTM option on Australia's David Miller after Mumbai had made a bid for Rs 3 crore.
Punjab also took Australian opener Aaron Finch for Rs 6.2 crore after surviving strong challenges from Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.
Bangalore meanwhile, bought Kiwi veteran Brendon McCullum for Rs 3.6 crore. McCullum's compatriot Kane Williamson started at a base price of Rs 1.5 crore and was bought back by Hyderabad for Rs 3 crore after a short tussle with Bangalore.
Shikhar Dhawan, Kieron Pollard, Ajinkya Rahane and Faf du Plessis were meanwhile brought back by their respective teams using the RTM option.
Veteran off-spinner Harbhajan went to Chennai for his base price of Rs 2 crore as there were no other takers.
Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan started at a base price of Rs 1 crore and went for double that amount to Hyderabad after a short tussle with Rajasthan and Kolkata.
Gautam Gambhir went to Delhi for Rs 2.8 crore. Yuvraj meanwhile, was taken by Punjab at his base price of Rs 2 crore as there were no other bidders.
Among the all-rounders, Yusuf Pathan and Colin Monroe went to Hyderabd and Delhi respectively for identical prices of Rs 1.9 crore. England's Moeen Ali went to RCB for Rs 1.7 crore.
Star Australian all-rounder Shane Watson started at a surprisingly low base prise of Rs 1 crore. He went for Rs 4 crore to Chennai who beat off competition from Rajasthan.
Veteran South Africa star Hashim Amla, England batsman Joe Root, New Zealand's Martin Guptill and Australian all-rounder James Faulkner were the biggest names to remain unsold.
Among the Indians, Murali Vijay remained unsold at a base price of Rs 2 crore.

For that you have to go to the Sub Registrar Office, where the property has been registered. Union Budget 2018: Standard Deduction If Brought Again Will Save Tax For Salaried Class

Standard deduction was a part of the Income tax rules until the time it was withdrawn away in the Union Budget 2005-06. In light of the inflation, salaried class was allowed an allowance by way of standard deduction in respect of their expenses which were outside ambit of income tax rules.

This was also allowed to offset the difference in taxation in respect of professionals or self-employed and salaried class individuals. In the earlier regime, when standard deduction was allowed it was deducted as a straight deduction from salary to then arrive at the taxable salary. Another advantage that came with standard deduction was that it did not require any associated proofs to be shown.
The allowed deduction as part of standard deduction was Rs. 30000 or 40% of income whichever is lower for employees with annual income in the range of Rs. 75000 to Rs. 5 lakh. And for those with earning over Rs. 5 lakh were allowed a standard deduction of Rs. 20000.
Currently, standard deduction is allowed to self employed as well as pensioners from their income. To the family pensioners, the allowed deduction is either Rs. 15000 or 1/3 of the total pension amount whichever is lower.
What Union Budget 2018 can likely announce in respect of standard deduction for salaried class?
A straight deduction of Rs. 50000 can be allowed from the salary in respect of the several expenses that currently are not included in the Income tax law so as to reduce the tax outgo for them.

Good news for government employees, pensioners of this state; they will get hiked DA now – Here are all the details

It's a big good news for government employees of this state.

It's a big good news for government employees in Himachal Pradesh as they will get additional three per cent dearness allowance (DA) for this month. The extra allowance will be paid in cash with salary. The arrears from July to December would be credited to the General Provident Fund(GPF). The announcement was made by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on December 29. The finance department issued the notification today. The payment of ADA would cost the state exchequer Rs 180 crore annually and the employees would benefit from Rs 300 to Rs 2500 per month. The pensioners would also get the enhanced DA for the period of July to December in cash.
Earlier, the Himachal Pradesh government had announced an assistance of Rs 3 lakh for the next of the kin of a minor who was killed in the police custody in the rape-and-murder case of a girl in Kotkhai. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur announced the aid while replying to the discussion on motion of thanks on Governor's address to the legislative assembly.
The 16-year-old girl had gone missing in Halila in Kotkhai area of Shimla district on July 4 last year and her bare body was recovered on July 6.
After the postmortem report confirmed rape and murder, a case was registered and following public outcry, a Special Investigation team was constituted which arrested six persons. One of the six accused in the case died in police custody and eight police officers, including an IG-rank officer, were arrested by the CBI in connection with the custodial death.
Thakur said the public's trust on the state police had gone down in the previous government's rule. "This government shall rebuild that trust," he said. Thakur said times have changed and the voters now want results instead of false promises.

Meanwhile, prepaid users can buy recharges of Rs. 399 and Rs. 449 to get 1GB data per day for 84 days and 91 days, respectively. Earlier, these packs were priced at Rs. 459 and Rs. 499.
The previous Rs. 149 pack, which offered 28-day validity and 150MB data per day, has been dropped as part of this exercise.
New Jio 1.5GB per day plans: Prepaid users who find 1GB per day not meeting their requirement can opt for the new 1.5GB data per day recharge packs. Priced at Rs. 198, Rs. 398, Rs. 448, and Rs. 498, the new Jio plans come with 28-day, 70-day, 84-day, and 91-day validities, respectively.
Jio Rs. 509, Rs. 799 plans: Jio has also updated the Rs. 509 and Rs. 799 packs to offer more data to its prepaid subscribers at the same prices. So, buyers of the Rs. 509 plan will now get 3GB of high-speed data per day for 28 days, instead of 2GB per day for 49 days. In fact, it is the most lucrative of all Jio plans at the moment, and is likely to push up the company’s ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
Similarly, the Rs. 799 plan now offers 5GB of 4G data daily, up from the original 3GB per day. The validity of the plan remains the same as before. The Rs. 299 plan with 2GB data per day remains unchanged.

New Passport Rules in India : All You Need to Know

The Government has announced new passport rules. The birth certificate was the main part of the procedure but now it will not be necessary to give a birth certificate to make a passport. As a proof of the date of birth, the government has eliminated the mandatory requirement of the birth certificate.

In the passport application, people will have to write the name of any one of their parent, either mother’s or father’s name instead of writing both the names. These rules have been made for Single Mother / Single Parents. Apart from this, Sadhus and Saints will now be able to write the names of their spiritual gurus instead of their parents’ names.

Also, there are many new rules, let’s take a look at these new rules

According to the news agency, Minister of State for External Affairs V.K. Singh said “While applying for the passport, transfer/school leaving / matriculation certificate, PAN card or Aadhaar card / e-Aadhaar as proof of date of birth will be given.”

Apart from these, a copy of the service records of the applicant, driving license, Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC) and LIC Policy Bond has also been given the valid document status for the DOB’s proof.

V.K. Singh added that new rules have also been provision for Government Servants who have not received “No Objection Certificate” from their departments/ministries.

Singh said, “The birth certificate issued by any other authority authorized under the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Municipal Corporations or Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, will also be given as DOB-proof.”

Documentation for proof of birth

1. Birth certificate issued by the Registrar of births and deaths or the Municipal Corporation or any other approved authority to register the birth.

2. Transfer/ School leaving certificate/ Matriculation certificate issued by the school or recognized educational board

3. A copy of the service records of the applicant or the pay pension order (retired government employees)

4. Driving license

5. Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC)

6. LIC Policy Bond issued by the public life insurance companies

7. PAN card

8. Aadhaar/ E-aadhaar

provision for married/divorced person

1. Marriage certificate or annexure ‘K’ will not be required to give for married people.

2. Also, in case of a divorce, the divorced applicant will not have to give their spouse name.

3. Those who are born without marriage will have to give Annexure ‘G’ only. Parents will have to give affidavit on a plain paper for adopted children.

4. For orphan children, if the matriculation certificates or court certificates are not available then writing on their official letterhead by the head of the orphanage will be considered as DOB proof.
